For Matt & Anna’s engagement session there definitely was no lack of ideas on their part where to go for photos. We walked around Chinatown, managed to get a few shots in Fan Tan Alley (the narrowest street of Canada!) before they closed the gates, then headed into Esquimalt over the Johnson Street Bridge for some train track shots and of course some shots with downtown Victoria in the background. Yesterday we went to the White Rock beach area for an engagement session with Melodie and Mike. They’ve been engaged since last Christmas and will be getting married in July next year. It was awesome to meet them and we look forward to capturing their wedding memories.

Yesterday evening we had an engagement / family portrait session with Bryan and Megan and her two kids. Megan and Bryan will be getting married in September this year in Deer Lake Park in Burnaby and that’s where we headed for their photo session. Of course the session wouldn’t have been complete without the kids, who really didn’t seem to mind being in the center of attention. We look forward to your guys’ wedding!

Our friends, Andres and Cindy, wanted to have some nice portraits of the two of them. So, we took them to Granville Island and Gastown for a couple’s session. The photos will also be a nice way for them to remember Vancouver as they are about to move to Kamloops (we will miss you guys!).

Yesterday we met this great couple that has been together for 11 years! Next year they will finally get married, and that also means that they no longer have to drive for hours to see each other (he lives in Seattle, she in Vancouver)! We hope you enjoy the photos. We had a lot of fun making them!

Early Saturday morning we met up with this wonderful couple to create some engagement photos. We had the most incredible weather and we hope that on their wedding day the weather will be gorgeous as well. They are getting married on the 5th of September at a vineyard; their plans sound awesome! We had a lot of fun with this couple and we definitely look forward to their wedding!
