Last week we had the honour of photographing Dustin & Chelsey and their two beautiful little girls. It was so much fun hanging out with them!

The day before Zoe & Shawn’s wedding it rained, which made us even more grateful for the beautiful sunny day it was on their big day! The backyard of Zoe’s stepdad had gorgeous views of Cowichan Bay village and it was a perfect backdrop for their ceremony and reception. We love shooting backyard weddings, there’s just something about them that makes them very intimate, and relaxed. There are SO many things we loved about this wedding! Zoe’s wedding dress was out of this world, designed and made by the talented Mariko Aramaki, a Vancouver fashion designer. We LOVE Cowichan Bay; it is one of our favourite locations! Zoe is so creative; we love the way she displayed their engagement photos, her decorations, and the “wish tree.” We can probably go on and on about the things that we loved about this wedding, but we won’tJust enjoy the images!
